Lori Warren 1960-2016 It is with sadness and a heavy heart that Starbase Columbus announces the passing of one of our beloved crew members, our chief engineer, Lt. Commander Lori Warren. Lori passed away unexpectedly and with no warning on Sunday, November 13 at her residence. She is survived by her parents, a sister, 4 children, several grandchildren and her service dog known as Starbase Charlie. She loved volunteering at Starbase and put her heart and soul into making the store a better place. She was a kind person, always doing what she could to help others. Please keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
