First Guests Announced for Out of this World Fest

Starbase Columbus is pleased to announce the first few guests who will be participating at the 2017 Out of this World Festival on Saturday, May 6.  

Alan Reed
 Alan is a local musician who has been playing rock n roll, blues and folk music professionally for over 20 years.  He plays both 6 string and 12 string guitars and has entertained folks all over Central Ohio at many different clubs and events, including Gallery Hop.
He is also a huge Star Trek fan and has been a good friend to the staff at Starbase Columbus for many years.  He has performed at the Out of this World Festival for the past two years and we're delighted that he is joining us again this year. Dr. Bob Tesla is known by many in Central Ohio for his Midnight Monster Movies with Dr. Bob live show at the Gateway Film Center.  He and his sidekick Nurse Feratu regularly host a FREE monster movie on the second Saturday of the month at the film center located near the campus of the Ohio State University. They have entertained us at the Out of this World Festival for the past several years and we look forward to having them again this year!

Final Hours
We're pleased to announce the recent addition of the rock band Final Hours to our entertainment line up at the Out of this World Festival. This group from the D.A. Music Studio in Greenville, OH  performs instrumental music from video games and movies.   The musicians are:  Sam Nealeigh - Keyboard; Luke Nealeigh - Drums; D.A. Nealeigh - Bass Guitar.  Check out the

Jerry A. Young

Doug Price
Doug has been doing magic for quite a number of years and is a member of the Society of American Magicians the oldest and most prestigious magical society in the world.  He has been performing at Starbase Columbus events for the past five years.  Come on out on May 6 and prepare to be amazed and mystified!
